We are adding an introduction to CrossFit class on Saturdays at 11:30 starting this Saturday, 11/8. This class will be geared towards people who have limited or no CrossFit background and are wanting to know what it’s all about. We will put them through a fun challenging workout that does not require any barbell or lifting experience and can be modified for everyone. We will discuss what makes CrossFit different than a regular gym and how our program works at Outlier specifically. If you have friends or family that are interested but might not be ready or may be intimidated by that Saturday free for all class, send them on in! You are welcome to come with them and do the WOD yourself too! We will still have open gym during this time and new people are still welcome to come try the free for all at 10:30 if they prefer that to the intro.
