MOAR improvements and gear! More light Dumbbells (to be color coded as well), more small change plates to accommodate larger classes working on oly work, two new “adjustable soft boxes!!” And have you noticed the white boards are divided and labeled to make finding the class work when you walk in easier to find!!!

Skill/Strength:

EMOTM for 10 Minutes of Split jerk x 2

Metcon:

EMOTM for 8 Minutes of:

5 Push Ups + 100 Meter Sprint

-Rest 2 minutes 3 x 200

meter sprint every 2 minutes

1 x 400 meter sprint
