Reminder we will be having our Healthy Eating Challenge Meeting at 1030 to kick off the 6 Week Healthy Eating Challenge that starts on Monday, January 9th! * 1 partner runs 400 meters while the other partner does the Russian Kettlebell Swings, Burpees, and Overhead Squats inside. Rotate when partner gets back from the run.
