A twist on our traditional Halloween competition – this will be a half day competition ending with tacos and FUN! Come in costume and you could win for Best Dressed! This is a partner competition with the following divisions: Intermediate M/M, M/F, and F/F and Advanced M/M and M/F.
Workouts:
Snatch Ladder: Each person will go through the snatch ladder.
10 double unders (or 35 single unders) buy in then 1 snatch – you pick double or single under at the start and stick with that each round.
Starting weight for men 95# increases by 10# each round and will cap at 225#. Starting weight for women is 55# increasing by 5# each round and will cap at 155#. If ladder completed do as many reps as possible in the last minute. If you reach failure at a weight do as many du or singles* as possible to earn points at that weight for a tie breaker. *for tie breaker du will be scored as 3 points, singles will be scored as 1 point. You must pick du or singles to stick with for the whole ladder and cannot switch back and forth once you start.
2k Row: Each partner will do a max effort 2k row.

5 ground to overhead (135/95 advanced, 115/75 intermediate)

***If we are able to get through the snatch ladder faster we will move ahead of this time schedule. Not knowing how far everyone will make it into the snatch ladder we built in some extra buffer time. But, if we can move through it quicker to get you all to the tacos faster we will!
