In Teams of 3, For Time:
100 Cal Row/Assault Bike
100 Double Unders or 200 singles each. All 3 athletes can work at the same time
80 Cal Row/AB
80 Wall Ball Shots, one athlete works at a time
60 Cal Row/AB
60 Pull-ups, one athlete hangs on bar while one athlete is performing pull-ups, one athlete rests
40 Cal Row/AB
40 HSPUs or Hand Release Push Ups, one athlete holds a wall Hand Stand or High Plank while one athlete performs HSPUs or HRPUs, one athlete rests
20 Cal Row/AB
20 Synchronized Burpees, all 3 athletes work together.
Movements must be completed in order. One rower or bike per team. One athlete rows/bikes at a time. Each athlete must rotate through row/bike each calorie round.
