2 rounds (teams of 3):
50 burpees
50 wall balls (20/14)
50 sit-ups*
50 Double DB push press (45/25)**
Accumulate 3000m on the rower while two teammates mates work on reps above.
*Rx+ = V-ups
**Rx+ = 40 HSPU
Two people will work through the reps while the third person rows. Reps and rowing shall be split up as needed. I highly suggest rotating after each movement is complete.
If your team finishes under 16 minutes you advance to the bonus round!!!!!!!
Bonus round = 75m sled push relay (from the bay door to the end of the building and back) – 2 sled pushes each team member
Sled weight = (5) 45# plates / (3) 45# plates + (1) 25# plate
