Teammate A will do the reps, teammate B will head out on a 200m run, and teammate C will rest while the reps above are performed. When teammate B comes in from the run, teammates will rotate (“repper” to “runner”, “runner” to “rester,” and “rester” to “repper”). Only 2 people need to perform the sled push (one pushes it to the end of the building, the other pushes it back).
All team members will head outside for the farmers carry, but only one person needs to carry the weight at a time. Sled push not required after wall balls.
