70m suitcase carry (105/70)
The carries are to the end of the building and back. The farmer carry handles should be loaded to the male weight of 105 (45# plate on each end). Use KBs for 70# carries.
Dips can be scaled to bar or box dips (hand on box behind you, fee on floor to assist).
