2020 CrossFit Open
Open workout 20.2 is going down Saturday morning at Outlier. Gym opens at 8:00am and the first heat kicks off at 8:30am. It is a 20 minute AMRAP so we will run heats every 25 minutes. Plan on sticking around to help judge. Remember team AM took week 1 so I am sure team PM is looking to have a good showing this week! Please keep your intensity at a reasonable level for Friday’s workout if you are planning on hitting 20.2 on Saturday.
Childcare provided from 8:30 – 9:30am. Enroll your child in advance to ensure your spot. Cap of 10 kids will be strictly enforced.

POWER CLEAN WARM-UP

Start light and build to something heavier than the weight you will use in the metcon. This is mainly warm-up for the metcon so keep the weight reasonable, especially if you are planning on doing 20.2 on Saturday.
