400m farmers carry (2 x 50/35)
20 pogo burpees over KB/DB
100m sandbag carry
Stagger start time by 5 minute intervals to allow everyone to row. Scale the the number of HSPU, or scale to regular push-ups or DB press. Carry the sandbag however you want (bearhug, on shoulder, etc.).
