For time (parts A and B), in teams of 2:
A. The Chute
Perform “chute” style (P2 follows P1),
500m row, or 1000m bike erg
30 American KB swings (53/35)
15 burpee box jump (24/20)
30 Russian KB swings (53/35)
500m row, or 1000m bike erg
then…
B. Relay
Perform relay style (P1, then P2),
300m run
200m slam ball run (40/30)
200m farmer carry (2 x 53/35)
300m run
DESCRIPTION
A. The Chute
Partner 1 begins on the row/bike and moves through the movements in order. Partner 2 will follow, only moving on once P1 has finished the movement.
B. Relay
Both partners will complete each portion, going one after the other. P1 will run, then P2 will run. Then P1 will perform a 200m slam ball run, then P2. Continue in that fashion.
