Min 1 – Calories
Min 2 – Rest
Min 3 – Double DB push press (2 x 50/35)
Min 4 – Rest
Min 5 – 5 deadlift, climbing
Score = Sum of calories (all rounds), push press (all rounds), and heaviest deadlift (single round).
Add weight as needed for deadlift. Use your heaviest deadlift for your score.
