Join us on Sunday November 22nd at 10:30am for an Outlier Nutrition Seminar. We will cover general nutrition advice, specifically geared towards healthy eating during the holiday season. 10:30am at the gym on Sunday. Free for Outliers, $10 for non-members. This seminar is for everyone!

Friday – Class at 8:30am (only class of the day)

One partner is on the barbell, the other is accumulating calories/burpees. Switch as needed. Score is sum total of all reps (power cleans, calories, burpees) across all rounds. Keep track of your team’s reps in whatever way seems to make sense to you (i.e. running count between partners, or track of your own reps).
