For time, in teams of 2:
P1 – 21 DB thruster (2 x 50/35)
P2 – 21 thruster (95/65)
40/36/32 cal erg [split up as needed]
P1 – 21 DB thruster (2 x 50/35)
P2 – 18 thruster (115/80)
40/36/32 cal erg [split up as needed]
P1 – 21 DB thruster (2 x 50/35)
P2 – 15 thruster (135/95)
40/36/32 cal erg [split up as needed]
P1 – 21 DB thruster (2 x 50/35)
P2 – 12 thruster (155/105)
40/36/32 cal erg [split up as needed]
This is a 4 round workout, consisting of thrusters and calories each round. Calories stay the same (listed calories are for M-M/M-F/F-F teams). Both partners will be doing thrusters each round: one will perform DB thrusters, the other performs barbell thrusters. DB thruster reps and weight stay the same, but the barbell thrusters increase in weight and decrease in reps.
Teams will decide who does the DB and barbell thrusters each round, and it can vary from round to round.
