15 synchro hang power clean (135/95)
30 box jump (24/20)
15 synchro front squat (135/95)
140m KB cross-body carry (2 x 53/35)
The barbell movements are performed synchronized (teams will need two barbells), the box jumps and carry can be split up as needed between partners.
Cross-body carry = 1 KB overhead, 1 KB at side (farmer carry style)
