Schedule Update
Please note the following regarding upcoming weekend schedules:
- Saturday 9/4 – regular schedule
- Sunday 9/5 – regular schedule
- Monday 9/6 (Labor Day) – 8:30am class, open gym 8:30am – 10:30am, closed the rest of the day (no Legends or Teens class)
- Saturday 9/11 – “The Thirteen” tribute WOD in memory of the 13 fallen service members in the Kabul Attack. Classes at 8:00am and 9:30am (no barbell)

Split the class, with half starting on AMRAP A and the other half starting on AMRAP B.
Keep track of your calories from part A, and your burpees from part B. Your score is the sum of both.
