**Muscle-up Scaling Notes**
The intent is to treat this more like a test. So, for today, I’d rather you scale to a movement that you can do rather than modify to something like muscle-up transitions on the low rings.
Scaling Options:
Bar muscle-ups or pull-ups (if possible)
Banded pull-ups
Ring rows
It is preferred if partners perform the same movements, but it is certainly not required (i.e. one partner does muscle-ups, the other does pull-ups).
