100m KB front rack carry, 50m L + 50m R (53/35)
20/15 cal assault bike
If needed due to class size, half the class shall begin on swings, and the other half on the carry. For the carry, you are required to perform 50m on one side, then 50m on the other (switching every 25m is not allowed).
