Keep track of your pull-ups reps, TTB (or v-up) reps, and calories each round. When entering scores into sugarWOD, box 1 = total pull-up reps, box 2 = total TTB reps, box 3 = total calories.
We are giving you all the option of keeping the stress on the shoulders (and grip) a little less by performing v-ups in lieu of toes-to-bar if you prefer.

Build to today’s heavy single, hopefully a 1 rep max
We have spent the last 6 weeks working on thrusters, so today is your day. There is nothing else on the schedule to ensure you take your time and give it your best shot.

50m reverse sled drag
50m suitcase carry, heavy
METCON
For time:
150m sled push (4/3, 3 x 50m laps)
250′ walking DB suitcase lunge (50/35, 5 x 50′ laps)
35 burpee to 12″ target
Stagger start as needed to share sleds. Lunging to take place inside in 25′ segments. Find a target 12″ above your reach. For most people this will likely mean a spot on the wall, although if you fit under a pull-up bar or ring, that will work.
FRIDAY, APR 29
STRENGTH
Back Squat

Compare to 4/15/22. Take one attempt at a 20 rep back squat, hopefully heavier than last time. Spend plenty of time warming up first. Warm up sets should be in the range of 5-8 reps (not 20 reps).
