The Outlier program is designed to make you stronger, faster, and fitter through continued exposure to weightlifting and traditional CrossFit workouts. The WODs are designed to show you how much you can truly achieve and you will find yourself reaching fitness goals that you thought were out of reach. Outlier staff ensures these goals are reached with quality form and high intensity. The workouts are programmed for those looking to be competitive in CrossFit and other sports. However, the workouts are also scalable to account for individual variations in fitness level, making the program ideal for beginners and long-time CrossFitters alike.
Our CrossFit Kids program offers 50 minute classes where youngsters have a time to build and develop their coordination, stamina, strength as well as overall have a great time. Creating friendships as well as confidence as the group is challenged and encouraged through each class.
Our legends program is designed for who are looking to just get moving again. Specifically designed for individuals age 55 and over, but inclusive to anyone wanting to begin exercising in an encouraging and welcoming environment. Classes are 45 minutes long and include simple functional movements that will help you in your everyday life.
