This is an awesome new competition we are bringing to San Diego this May.  We will be hosting 2 days of competition at the San Diego Convention Center as part of the Kern Fitness Expo.  Saturday will be a partner competition with MM and FF Rx and Intermediate teams.  Sunday will be co-ed teams of 4 (MMFF) in both Rx and Intermediate divisions.  We will be using a live scoring system and excited about the challenging (but still FUN) workouts.  The WODs will be released soon and registration will be live the end of February.  Check back frequently for more details!
