The Mocking Games will soon be upon us! The events at the CrossFit Games each year are always entertaining, pushing the envelope and setting the standard for the programming we see at competitions and in affiliates worldwide. The workouts at this year’s fall competition at Outlier CrossFit will be inspired by the events we see at the CrossFit games in August. As is usual at Outlier, this will be a partner competition and the workouts will be tweaked to be appropriate for a team of two. Mocking Games workouts will be released in early August, following the conclusion of the CrossFit Games.
