Spring 2019 Nutrition Challenge
We are partnering with ImproveU Nutrition Coaching for our Spring Nutrition Challenge. The challenge will run from May 13 to June 17 (5 weeks), just in time for summer and the Civil War! Teaming up with ImproveU will bring a whole new depth to the endeavor. There will be increased support, accountability, coaching, prizes, and results.

50% of entry fees to gym, specifically for new equipment
25% of entry fees – cash prize to first place
15% of entry fees – cash prize to second place
3rd place receives Xendurance swag
Success Measurement
Winners will be determined based off of their total accumulated pursuit score, transformation photo, deviation in score of benchmark wod.

-Before and after photos (transformation)
-Total max score
-Deviation in score of Benchmark workout

-Wodify rise app to easily track all daily scores -recipe e-book
-Personal goal male/female nutrition protocol -green, yellow, red (quality food resource)

-Massive accountability

Progress photos = 5 points
Measurements = 3 points
Measurements = 3 points
Food intake: did you eat your required veggies (2 points), protein (1 point), carbohydrates (1 point) for the day?
Activity: were you active for at least 20 minutes today? (1 point)
