Workout #1 – “ALL the Lifting” Ladder
Who: All athletes
18 station barbell ladder, 1 minute per station. Athletes will get credit for 1 lift at each station. If the athlete fails an attempt, they may re-attempt with the same lift, or choose to switch to a different lift. The weight must be successfully lifted within the 1-minute window. Each lift has a different point value:
Snatch = 4 points
Clean and jerk = 3 points
Clean = 2
Deadlift = 1 point
Athletes will receive points per above. Once an athlete is not able to complete a lift, they will exit the ladder. Points will be summed from all of their successful lifts to contribute to their team’s score for this workout. If an athlete fails a jerk, they must perform another clean to receive 2 points for a successful clean (the clean from the first clean and jerk does not count for a 2-point clean). The same rules applies for deadlift.
At the final station, athletes may perform as many lifts as possible within the 1 minute window to earn additional points. For example, an athlete will get 1 point for each deadlift performed at 405# in the 1-minute window at the final station.
Men: 115-125-140-155-170-185-200-215-230-245-260-275-290-315-335-365-385-405
Women: 75-85-95-105-115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185-195-205-220-235-250-265
Any type of snatch/clean (power, squat), jerk (push, split), or deadlift is allowed (conventional, sumo).

Workout #4 – Double Elimination Tournament
Who: 4 athletes per round
Teams will face each other in a head to head style double elimination tournament. Each round will be a short workout with the winner advancing to the next round. Time between rounds is only as much as is needed to breakdown then setup the equipment for the following round.
Coaches will select 4 athletes to compete each round with the following stipulations:
– Athletes may compete in multiple rounds
– An athlete may not compete in more than two consecutive rounds
For example, if an athlete competes in rounds 1 and 2, they are not eligible to participate in round 3.
Round 1
AMRAP 6:
15 wall balls (20/14)
15 pull-ups
Max calories on assault bike*
*Biking occurs concurrently with wall balls & pull-ups
The 4 athletes may split up the work as needed. Score is total reps of the wall ball/pull-ups + total calories biked.
Round 2 – Winners Bracket Semifinals and Match 1 of Losers Bracket
AMRAP 6:
20 single arm DB shoulder-to-overhead (40/25)
2 x 30’ stationary sled pull (3/2)*
Max calories on rower**
*Every 5 feet counts as one rep (the floor will be taped in 5’ increments). Thus if you complete one 30′ sled pull, it counts as 6 reps. The same athlete must pull the sled down and back (switch plates for male/female as needed).
**Rowing occurs concurrently with STO and sled pulls
The 4 athletes may split up the work as needed. Score is total reps of the STO/sled pulls + calories rowed.
Loser of losers bracket match is eliminated, finishing in 4th place.
Round 3 – Losers Bracket Finals
AMRAP 6:
4 rope climbs
16 sandbag squats (100/70)
Max bar facing burpees*
*Burpees occur concurrently with rope climbs/sandbag squats. A barbell will be set up (with bumper plates) for the bar facing burpees.

Teams will select four athletes to complete this WOD relay style. Starting NE corner of the building, A1 will lunge down the alley to Battle Axe. A1 will enter Battle Axe (walking safely!) and perform their 5 axe throws. Axes must stick within the designated circle to count. Upon finishing the throws, A1 will exit Battle Axe and perform any penalty reps prior to starting the lunge back to tag in A2.
Workout #7 – Partner Chaos
Who: 4 athletes per team (2 “Rx” and 2 “scaled”)
This event will be very similar to the “Chaos” event at the 2018 CrossFit Games. Competitors will not know what the movements are until they are about to begin that movement. Coaches will instruct their athletes on what movement to perform, but the number of reps will not be given. Coaches will tell their athletes when to stop and move on. Any barbell used in the workout will begin unloaded. Competitors will need to load the barbells to the appropriate weight given to them by the coaches.
Obviously each coach will know what the workout is and make sure athletes selected for the workout are able to perform the movements. The event will be completed in pairs, with partners splitting the reps as needed at each station.

The other athletes will follow, only beginning work or moving to the next station when the athlete in front of them finishes. Teams may select the order in which their athletes complete the workout, however the order of must alternate between Rx and scaled athletes to avoid equipment conflicts.. When all athletes have finished, the entire team moves on to the handstand push-ups. It is not a requirement for each of the four athletes to perform HSPU, reps may be split up between those athletes who are able to.
Teams will receive two scores for this event. One for when all 4 athletes have finished part 1 (after the last athlete finished the DB STO), and one for the overall time.
