Reminder, this Saturday, August 6th is the 5th Anniversary 31 Heroes WOD on Saturday, August 6th from 8 am to noon where we will also be hosting a pot luck!  

Strength/Skill:

3×10 Dumbbell Strict Press + Max Set Strict Pull Ups

Metcon:

Complete the following Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes of (6 Rounds):
50 Doubleunders or Sled Push 50 meters (4/3)
3 Wall Walks
15 Wall balls (20/14)
