Bringing back the bulgarian split squats to fire up the booty! These single limb movements are one of the best ways to fix imbalances. Last year, we introduced theses and saw ridiculous Pr’s on the CrossFit Total. They are gonna appear a lot more:). The wod is a test how well you can do tough movements with an elevated HR.
