We end the week with a nice long MetCon. A lot of different movements and a lot of running. We will start the class by warming up all of the movements and setting up your equipment. I know some of you like to strategize as soon as this post goes live so plan on using only one barbell. If you end up in a smaller class, we may be able to have a separate bar for Deadlifts and Overhead Squats, but no promises there.
