Civil War Update
Civil War activities have been postponed for two weeks. We will be sending out an update within the next week or so, but look for events 9, 10, 11, and 12 to take place the week of 10/19 – 10/24. This will include competition workout taking place as the class WOD during the week, and hopefully wrapping the comp up the morning of Saturday 10/24. We realize this will result in some scheduling conflicts that many of you weren’t planning on. As has been typical in this competition, we are building in flexibility to hopefully get everyone participating!
Saturday Schedule Update
Please note we will have two classes today, both featuring our workout of the day. Classes will run at 8:00am and 9:30am. Barbell will return on Saturday 10/17.

In teams of 2, alternating movements with your partner:
5/4 strict pull-up
20 Russian KB swing (53/35)
40 double-under
*Every 5:00, including at 0:00, run 400m (both partners)
FLOW
Workout begins with a 400m run (for everyone). Then, partners will alternate between the 3 movements:
P1 – 5/4 strict pull-up
P2 – 20 Russian KB swing
P1 – 40 double-under
P2 – 5/4 strict pull-up
P1 – 20 Russian KB swing
…
Every 5:00, everyone will stop and run 400m. If an athlete is the middle of the movement, they must complete it when they come back from the run.
