AMRAP 30, teams of 2:
400m run – together
20 toes-to-bar
20 burpees
70m sled push (4/3) – partner A then partner B
20 shoulder-to-overhead (start at 95/65)
Start half the team on the run, the other half on the sled push. Split reps ups as needed (except where noted).
Male barbell: add 20 lbs each round
Female barbell: add 10 lbs each round
Scaling options:
TTB – v-ups or sit-ups
STO – reduce weight, but still add weight each round
