Moving the Rig!
We have been mulling this decision for a while now, but the announcement today that the open will include pull-ups pushed us over the edge.

We will be moving the rig outside again! The move will be going down this Sunday after the 9am class.
The open doesn’t start until March 11th, but if we want to be prepared to do pull-ups, toes-to-bar, bar muscle-ups, etc, we need to start reintroducing rig-work now. Programming will be similar to what we did earlier in the year, slowly reintroducing those movements over the next few months to get us ready.
I will take all the help I can get moving the rig. If we have enough people, we can have it done in an hour or so. It should be pretty smooth this time around as we have done it before. This also means that we will move the majority of our class operation back out front. I will not be getting a giant tent again, but the pop-up tents will be available for those who do not want to be in the sun the whole time.
8:00am Workout of the Day
Every 6:00 x 3:
800m run
10 clean & jerk (155/105)
Max burpees in time remaining
*No rest between rounds
No rest between rounds, so plan your pacing accordingly. Score is total burpees completed minus any clean & jerks missed. For example, if you perform 12 burpees in round one, 8 in round two, but only make it through 7 C&J in the last round, your score is:
12 (burpees) + 8 (burpees) – 3 (missed C&J) = 17 reps
