Holiday Schedule
Please note the following schedule modifications for the next few weeks:
- Monday 12/23 – No CrossFit kids, normal schedule otherwise
- Tuesday 12/24 – Open gym 7:30am – 10:30am, one class at 8:30am (with childcare)
- Wednesday 12/25 – Closed
- Thursday 12/26 – Open gym 7:30am – 9:30am, one class at 8:30am (no childcare)
- Tuesday 12/31 – Open gym 7:30am – 10:30am, one class at 8:30am (childcare pending)
- Wednesday 1/1 – One class at 8:30am (no childcare)

1000m row – switch every 250m
60 abmat sit-ups – split reps as needed
50 KB swings, American (53/35)
140m sled push (4/3) – partner A pushes 70m, then partner B pushes 70m

Split the class into two groups and stagger the start time by 5:00 as needed. This will allow every team to row and share sleds.
