Min 1 – 5 deadlift (275/185) + max double unders
Min 2 – Max DB thrusters (2 x 50/35)
Min 3 – Max calories
Score is total reps. Grab a whiteboard and write down your reps during your rest time.
Workout flow:
Partners shall alternate minutes with one partner working while the other rests. For example…
Min 1 – partner 1 performs deadlifts + double unders
Min 2 – partner 2 performs DB thrusters
Min 3 – partner 1 rows/bikes/skis
Min 4 – partner 2 performs deadlifts + double unders
…
Each person will end up doing 4 rounds of each movement.
