Please note there are no regularly scheduled classes today (Saturday 3/16). Instead, we will be tackling 19.4 as a group. The gym will open at 8am, athlete briefing at 8:15am, and the first heat will get started at 8:30am. We will start heats every 15 minutes until everyone has a had a chance to complete the workout. We will need judges, so stick around to help out after you have finished your workout.

We will wrap up the Open next week on 3/22 with Friday Nights lights. First heat will start at 5pm.

Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:

Men snatch 95 lb.
Women snatch 65 lb.
