Please note there are no regularly scheduled classes today. Instead, we will be tackling 19.3 as a group. The gym will open at 8am, athlete briefing at 8:20am, and the first heat will get started at 8:30am. We will start heats every 15 minutes until everyone has a had a chance to complete the workout. We will need judges, so stick around to help out after you have finished your workout.
We are also going to potluck! Bring a dish to share for after the workout.
