AMRAP 20:
25 wall balls (20/14)
25 Russian KB swings (53/35)
75m single-arm KB overhead carry, left (53/35)
25m goblet lunge (53/35)
75m single-arm KB overhead carry, right (53/35)
Workout Flow:
1. Wall balls against wall in front parking lot
2. KB swings under tent
3. Overhead carry from tent to back alley
4. Goblet lunge in back alley, from back door to end of stairs
5. Overhead carry from end of stairs to tent. Set down KB, proceed to wall ball station and repeat.
