July 14th is Outlier Civil War. There is still time to sign up, you can register on the Civil War event page. This is an intra-gym competition for people of all skill and experience levels.

Teams of 2, AMRAP 20:
14 box jumps (24/20)
20 American KB swings (53/35)
14 burpees
2 rope climbs
Team must accumulate 2400m of running during the 20 min AMRAP. One teammate must complete the work inside while the other is out running. Running may be split up as desired.
Example: Partner A performs the reps while partner B runs 400m. When partner B returns, partner A heads out on a 400m run while partner B picks up where where partner A left off. This pattern would continue until each teammate has completed three 400m runs. Upon completion of the 2400 meters, the reps may be split up as desired, with one person working while the other rests.
