30 ring row
30 dual DB front squat (2 x 50/35)
30 DB weighted sit-up, or 30 GHD sit-up
Partners shall run together, but split up the rest of the reps. No Rx weight for the weighted sit-up, pick a DB that allows you to perform 15 unbroken reps.
Ring rows easy for your? Make them harder by elevating your feet. Do your best to make them a strict movement.
Stagger start time by 2:00 as needed to share equipment (rings, GHDs).
