AMRAP 20, in teams of 2:
20 clean & jerk (135/95)
20 synchro KB/DB goblet squat (53/35)
4 rope climb
The goblet squats are performed synchronized, so both partners will need a weight (either KBs or DBs can be used depending on class size). Teams will split up the reps of the other movements (C&J and rope climb) as needed, with one partner working at a time.
There may be a bottleneck at the ropes, be a good citizen and come ready to share a rope with another team.
