The Mocking Games
The Mocking Games are coming to Outlier CrossFit on Saturday September 14th! Pay attention the the CrossFit Games this week to see what events may make their way into our competition. Get all the info here.

STRENGTH
18 minutes:
Bench Press
5-5-4-4-3
Working sets, so each set should be challenging. Build in weight. Partner up and use spotters.
METCON
AMRAP 15:
30/24 cal row
20 push-ups
70m sled push/pull (45/25), add one plate each round
Sleds will start with one plate. Athletes will add one plate each round. Men will use 45# plates, women will use 25# plates. Speeds sleds will be out as a pulling option to provide more sleds.
Stagger the start as needed for rowers. This is also spread out the bottleneck at the sleds.
Push-up Modification:
Elevated push-up. Perform push-up with hands on a box, bench, or even the wall.
