WOD A
AMRAP 25, teams of 2:
200m run
3 Bear Complex (135/95)
Partner 1 completes a full round while partner 2 rests
Bear Complex: Power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + push press
A single bear complex should be performed unbroken. However, the set of 3 does not need to be unbroken, you may drop the bar after the last push press.
WOD B
For time, teams of 2:
1200m row or 1.8mi bike
60 alt arm DB snatch
50 DB push press (50/35)
40 burpees
30 DB OH lunge (50/35)
20 power cleans (205/135)
10 rope climbs
-25 min cap-
Split the reps as needed, one partner works while the other rests. All DB movements are single arm.
