1 minute Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (75/55 lb)
1 minute Box Jumps (20 in)
1 minute Push Press (75/55 lb)

1 minute Rest
I know how much y’all love this WOD so here it is! Whether you do actually love it or even loathe it, it is a great MetCon to transition you into our next cycle. I would recommend being as consistent as possible as far as your scores per round. That doesn’t mean you sandbag through the entire workout. If you found that you started off slower than you wanted, try and aim for more reps on the following rounds. Make sure you’re aware of your breathing. I say this a lot but it’s so true: oxygen = energy.
