Similar to last Tuesday, we have a heavy MetCon. As you can see, there is no dedicated strength portion today. Focusing on strength is a great way to work on technique and get stronger, but including heavy lifts within a MetCon brings a myriad of benefits. Not only do you get stronger hitting that heavy deadlift, but you learn how much rest your body needs after the sled push before you’re able to hit that weight again. You’re also able to work on other muscle groups, making your time spent working out extremely efficient.
