We are gonna get heavy today on the Front squats. The pauses will help develop core strength as well as emphasize glute strength. This wod is one of the first ones we did when I came to Outlier. It is a perfect example of simplicity. Scale the squats so that you can get a lot of rounds. The magic here is in the transitions. Focus on breathing in between each rep.
