Like Thanksgiving Dinner, we have all sorts of items on the menu today! Power Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Row, Bike and Burpees! These AMRAPs are short so bring the intensity! For the olympic lifting portions, this WOD is designed to test barbell cycling, so pick a weight that you can string at least 3 together and hang on to that barbell. It’s a short timeframe to get work done so stay mentally tough.
