We finish up our transition WODs this week. Today is a longer workout. No Strength portion so plenty of time to warm up all the movements. Having a partner will help you get through the movements quicker while keeping the intensity high. Be smart about how you partition the reps; 7 rounds is a lot so it may not be a bad idea switching often in the beginning to save energy for the finish.
