We will be having a special one-time guest coach for this Saturday’s barbell class, coach Paul will be back in action the following Saturday.
3 time regional athlete, advanced class coach to the former Life Effect crew, and all around good guy Kyle Lucena. Kyle has been in the CrossFit scene for a long time, beginning his journey in the New England area with some of the old school studs back there. He now trains with the Invictus crew and is a member of one of their regional teams.
We will be doing with some snatch work with Kyle on Saturday at 9am, hope to see you all there!
