Tempo Deadlift
Every 3:00 x 5:
3 tempo deadlift (4-sec descent)
Tempo:
Normal deadlift speed on the way up, with a 4-second descent. This means you have to control the bar all the way to the floor, every rep.
Today’s tempo deadlifts will allow us to achieve our goal of more time under tension without overloading our body with extremely heavy weight. With that being the case, be sure to honor the tempo!
