We have received multiple requests from members asking for more time for our barbell class on Sarurday. So starting in June we will now have an extra 30 minutes dedicated to our Barbell Proficiency Class! Check out the schedule for Saturday’s that will be implemented as of Saturday, June 4th.
8-9am – CrossFit Class
9-10:30am – Barbell Proficiency Class
10:30-11:30am – CrossFit Class
11:30-12:30pm – Free Introductory Class
