This Tuesday we will have Dr. Theresa Larson from Movement Rx joining us for a mobility night. If you are ever sore, tight, have poor posture, feel like your range of motion is inhibiting your Crossfit potential or you just want to feel better in everyday life then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for! The focus will be on shoulders and upper back and aims at helping you achieve better range of motion and stability in movement. You can expect to learn some new techniques for improving your overhead range of motion. Expect to feel great when you leave; come join us and get that full range of motion you deserve! Feel free to BYOB or snacks as this will also be a social mobility class!
